SK Creative led the full design of the Homeowner's Guide for Le Sherbrooke, Broccolini's signature residence in the Golden Square Mile. Layout, typography, and art direction were built around the elegance of the district, with a refined serif, warm navy and gold tones, and generous negative space that lets the content breathe. Every decision was aligned with Le Sherbrooke's brand identity, so the guide reads as a natural extension of the building itself.
